About these terms
These terms apply to your use of naesc.group, which is run by NexGen Advanced Energy & Substation Consultants (NAESC), an engineering design office with its head office in Cairo, Egypt and a project office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By using the website, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What we do
NAESC is an engineering design and consultancy office. We do not carry out construction contracting, and we do not supply equipment or materials.
Any engineering work we do is governed by the proposal or agreement signed for that project. Using this website or sending us an enquiry does not create a client relationship or an obligation on either side.
Information on this website
Service descriptions, project summaries and other content on this site are general information about our work. They are not engineering advice for your project, and you should not rely on them as such.
Photographs are illustrative and do not necessarily show NAESC projects. We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current.
Fees, payments and refunds
We do not sell products or take payments through this website, so there is nothing to buy, return or refund here. Fees, invoicing, cancellation and any refunds for our engineering services are set out in the proposal or agreement for each project.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logo and design of this website belong to NAESC or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own reference, including to evaluate our services. Please do not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Client and partner names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Using the site responsibly
Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security, overloading it, or sending spam or harmful content through the contact form.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information. Our Project Portal at portal.naesc.group is a separate application with its own sign-in, and these terms do not cover it.
Liability
We provide this website “as is”. To the extent the law allows, NAESC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
