Privacy Policy

01Who we are

This website, naesc.group, is run by NexGen Advanced Energy & Substation Consultants (NAESC), an engineering design office with its head office in Cairo, Egypt and a project office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover our separate Project Portal at portal.naesc.group, or other websites we link to, such as LinkedIn.

02Information we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive:

• your name, email address and project description, which the form requires
• your company, phone number and the service you are interested in, if you choose to give them

If you email or phone us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include.

03Technical information

Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in order to serve the site and keep it secure.

When you submit the contact form, our server also holds your IP address briefly in memory to limit repeated submissions. It is not saved.

04Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it loads no third-party scripts. Our fonts are served from our own website rather than from a font service. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.

05How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

• reply to your enquiry and prepare any proposal you ask for
• keep a record of our correspondence with you
• manage the project, if we go on to work together

We do this because you have asked us to respond, and to take steps towards a possible agreement with you. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we never sell your information or share it for advertising.

06Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that run this website and our email, and only as far as they need it to do that:

• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox
• our business email provider, which stores our correspondence

Some of these providers process data outside Egypt and Saudi Arabia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you. If you become a client, we keep project correspondence for as long as our agreement with you and our legal record-keeping duties require. Otherwise, we delete it once it is no longer needed.

08Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it

To make a request, email marim.taha@naescgroup.com. We will reply within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

09Security

This website is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the contact form is encrypted on its way to us, although no method of sending information over the internet is completely secure.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
